You won’t get this error if you’re working in a Windows machine (Not sure about OS X, though). Linux has a higher security model so that it tries to limit your work to you not showing it to the outside world. I assume you know the basic process of Version Controlling using Git (By that I mean what a repository is, what commits are, what are Pul l and Push, etc.) So I asked from one of my friends who has been working with VC Integration for a long time.
I have gone through several StackOverflow questions regarding this but I couldn’t find any one working. It says that you are not authorized even though you are marked as a contributor in the repo and you provide the correct details.
In WebStorm 2017.2, it gives an error when trying to Push the commits into the remote Git repository.
